Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oracle Cloud ERP Managed Support
Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Build trusted client relationships through effective consulting and
support delivery
Conduct triage sessions to determine root causes and document
issues while providing solutions
Translate client needs into detailed business requirements and
assist with configurations and training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5-7 years of professional business analysis experience with a focus
on relationship management
Experience in an Agile environment and expertise in at least one
area of Oracle ERP Cloud
Strong understanding of complex enterprise-level applications and
current technologies
Ability to prioritize activities and be self-motivated and
service-oriented
