Tennessee Licensed Claims Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for an Inside Claims Representative.
Key Responsibilities

Investigates and adjudicates liability and property claims, ensuring compliance with statutory laws and maintaining accurate documentation
Establishes contact with all parties involved in claims and evaluates/negotiates claims, recognizing subrogation opportunities
Responds to inquiries from policyholders and other stakeholders while maintaining knowledge of relevant laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and two years of related claims handling or customer service experience, or equivalent educational experience required
Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
Successful completion of Introduction to Insurance (INTRO) and Introduction to Claims (AIC 30) preferred
Obtain appropriate licenses as required by state within specified timeframes
