Competitive compensation: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, and PTO. 401(k) Unique opportunity to practice sophisticated law on a large scale in a boutique firm setting Key Responsibilities Manage cases from inception to resolution Conduct legal research , draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Represent clients in hearings, motion's court, depositions, and trials Negotiate settlements Work collaboratively with clients, partners, and legal teams to build strong cases What You Bring Active West Virginia law license 4 years of experience litigating or a federal or state clerkship Strong research, writing and communication skills Ability to handle complex litigation independently Preference for experience in products liability, mass torts, depositions and motions practice.
