Job Description:

We are seeking a Pathologist for a full-time, daytime laboratory assignment. This role features a highly structured Monday-through-Friday schedule with zero evening or weekend call obligations. The position begins with an initial 3-month contract, but is explicitly designed as an ongoing relationship for a provider who integrates well with the laboratory team.

• Hours: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.
• Call Profile: None. No nights, no weekends, and no emergency callback.
• Volume Matrix: Approximately 140 cases per day across a wide variety of case types.
• Scope of Practice: Broad general surgical pathology. The practice handles a highly robust Fine Needle Aspiration (FNA) schedule driven by Interventional Radiology (IR), as well as routine frozen sections/specimens.
• Exclusions: No autopsies required.
• Patient Demographic: General community mix with an average patient age of 43 years.

• Onboarding Speed: Willingness to immediately submit credentialing documents to target an August 31st launch or an accelerated "ASAP" start.
