Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/28/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 48 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Title: Registered Nurse - Operating Room Location: Huntington, WV 25701 Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts (07:00 AM – 07:00 PM) Weekly Breakdown: Weekly Gross: $2,746.00 Per Week On W2(Taxable): $1,536.00 Per Week Stipend(Non-Taxable): $1,246.00 Per Week Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Operating Room unit. The ideal candidate will have strong orthopedic, neuro, and trauma nursing experience. This is a contract role with a 13-week duration, with an ASAP start. Responsibilities Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room setting. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner charting system. Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. BLS certification required. Strong orthopedic, neuro, and trauma nursing experience is mandatory. Experience with Cerner charting preferred.
