A legacy that will make your life better as well.As a Home Health RN Filed Nurse you will You will build from resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of patients and families within their homes and communities. Some of your primary responsibilities will include:Completing an initial assessment of patient and family to determine home care needs.
