Job Description:
Securitas Inc., a global leader in protective services, is
seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager
for our Senior Living sector. This role is pivotal in driving the
growth and enhancing the security solutions tailored specifically
for our clients in the senior living community. The ideal candidate
will leverage Securitas' cutting-edge technology, industry
expertise, and strategic partnerships to ensure optimal client
satisfaction and safety in various senior living environments.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate
corporate goals within the senior living market. Coordinate with
cross-functional teams to develop customized security solutions
that meet clients' specific needs. Establish and maintain
relationships with key decision-makers within the senior living
industry to ensure ongoing business collaborations. Prepare
detailed proposals and contracts to define terms of service,
working closely with legal and operational teams to ensure
compliance with industry standards. Monitor and analyze sales
performance metrics to ensure targets are met and identify areas
for improvement. Provide periodic reports to senior management on
sales activities, progress towards goals, and potential for new
market and client segments. Strong understanding of the senior
living market and its unique challenges and opportunities. Proven
ability to develop strategic sales plans and effectively
communicate recommendations to executive management. Excellent
interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships
with business partners and clients. Highly proficient in CRM
software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to negotiate and close
agreements with clients while maintaining a customer-focused
service attitude. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
considered a plus. Certification in Healthcare Administration or
any business related field is beneficial.
