A company is looking for a Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Key Responsibilities
Refine and execute a data-driven Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy to
drive revenue growth
Oversee and align sales and marketing efforts for optimal
performance and cohesive operations
Directly manage and mentor sales and marketing team members,
fostering collaboration and accountability
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience scaling a software and services company
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing strategies and technical
sales cycles
Experience launching new GTM strategies and leading teams through
transitions
Extensive experience leading outbound sales efforts and optimizing
prospecting strategies
Strong business acumen with a data-driven approach to
decision-making
