Job Description:
DescriptionHFA Regional Sales Coordinator:This position has the
flexibility to sit within the current Huntington footprint (IN,MI,
KY, IL, OH, PA, WV).The Regional Sales Coordinator, as part of
Huntington Financial Advisors (HFA), is a key role in providing
support in coaching and training of Investment Licensed Branch
Colleagues. High delivery of training, coaching and mentoring
performed both virtually and In-Person where results can measure in
customer satisfaction and retention while licensed colleague is
able to increase overall performance in their role.
Responsibilities will also include involvement in designing,
planning and execution of training curriculum, skill builds and
workshops as needed.The selected professional will be responsible
for (but not limited to):
- Regularly schedules and delivers training and workshops and/or
skill builds on a variety of topics which may be: financial
industry specific topics, investment conversations, services
available within HFA, partnering with a variety of colleagues
within the bank to meet customer needs in a relationship-based
environment, etc.
- Develop and maintain training materials to be utilized with
Licensed Bankers and HFA Colleagues in a thoughtful and prescribed
way to meet the Bank and HFAs overall objectives and customer's
needs.
- Proactively communicate and attend meetings with key leadership
on a variety of topics related to Licensed Bankers, including but
not limited to: Recognition, Cohort Progress and management,
Upcoming Training sessions, productivity levels not being met along
with development of SMART plan, Cohort nomination and selection,
etc.
- Manage training calendar and facilitate a variety of training
for Newly hired HFA colleagues.
- Partners with key leadership to identify and analyze areas of
opportunity for LB placement, meeting of regional goals and
expectations, job family evolution and ability to promote within
CBB or HFA and continuous outreach and development of LBs needing
one on one coaching.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in supporting sales
process designed by Retail while providing best practice techniques
as outlined in the HFA Source Model and Written Supervisory
Procedures (WSP).
- Recognize colleagues for their contributions by utilizing
bank's approved recognition program
- Maintains a good working relationship with HFA, CBB and Bank
colleagues
- Ability to travel within respective regions, if neededBasic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Active Life and Health Insurance License, SIE, Series 7, and 24
(or to obtain the S24 within 120 days of hire)
- At least 3 years in financial services in a sales, training
and/or support role capacityPreferred Qualifications:
- Highly motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the
success of the team and organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates the ability to work independently
