Job Description:

The Head of Enterprise Sales, U.S. Bank Payment Solutions will lead the Enterprise Sales business portfolio, totaling approximately $90 million of in year new business. This role is accountable for the overall enterprise account sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales goals, and for aligning sales objectives with Elavon and U.S. Banks business strategy. This role will report directly to the EVP of U.S. Bank Payments Solutions. This position will require understanding and anticipating trends in the industry, opportunities for growth, and will leverage sales leadership expertise to drive improvements in the performance of the sales organization. Partnership and nurturing of relationships at the executive level within Elavon and U.S. Bank Consumer & Business Banking to address strategic business issues will be vital to the role. The Head of Enterprise Sales, U.S. Bank Payment Solutions will be directly responsible for the identification and development of new enterprise level business. The position will require engagement in the sales process to ensure the attainment of goals and objectives; contributes to the profitability and growth of Elavon and U.S. Bank by prospecting and developing new customer relationships. Key responsibilities: Create and articulate an inspiring vision for the business Lead strategic planning, sales strategy development, and forecasting, sales resource planning, and budgeting Actively prospect and develop new relationships directly with enterprise business senior leaders and other centers of influence who can refer such opportunities Innovate and develop new ideas that will stretch the organization and push the boundaries within the industry Grows revenue by successfully prospecting for new business; maintain continuous prospecting, referral and sales pipeline Drive targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives Drive One Bank, build network within U.S. Bank and ensure U.S. Bank payment services is a critical part of every businesss story driving value for customer and shareholders Set clear and challenging goals while committing to improved performance Provide strategic direction and leadership to pursue business revenue objectives Establish learning and development objectives essential to the sales organizations success, actively assess the value of training and development investments, and monitors outcomes to ensure high ROI Lead by example and drive the organization's performance with an attitude of continuous improvement by being open to feedback and self-improvement Develop a motivated and top performing team and workforce aligned with the goals of the organization Ensure that there is a strategic approach to managing talent; succession planning, career development and assessment of teams organizational health Skills & disposition: Exceptional knowledge of the Enterprise, large scale customer base A desire to be customer obsessed and maintain an impeccable focus the customer experience. Ability to build rapport with prospective clients and earn trust quickly Strong business acumen excellent handle on revenue management and forecast. Credibility at an exceptionally senior level. A keen handle on the future trends in branch banking and an understanding of complex banking relationships. Political savviness and the ability to influence amongst all levels of management at the company Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills Ability to build rapport with prospective clients and earn trust quickly Qualifications: Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business , or equivalent work experience ( MBA degree desired) 10-15 years sale leadership experience in an enterprise sales environment Superior verbal and written communication skills Proven success in building relationships and attaining sales goals Can thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment Detailed understanding of best practices for Salesforce utilization as a Customer Relationship Management tool Ability to travel extensively Job: Sales Primary Location: United States Shift: 1st - Daytime Average Hours Per Week: 40 Requisition ID: Other Locations: Georgia-GA-Atlanta U.S. Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
