The Opportunity Summary Under the supervision of the Pit Manager,
the incumbent, either personally or through subordinates,
implements policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient
gaming operations within assigned pit in accordance with WV Lottery
Commission s procedures and internal controls of gaming
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other
duties may be assigned.
Must adhere to Policies and Procedures.
Supervises dealers and oversees and directs them in the operation
and conduct of games.
Ensures compliance with WV Lottery Commission regulations and the
company s objectives, procedures and internal controls.
Ensures dealer performance is in accordance with WVLC procedures
and regulations, WVLC internal controls and the rules and
procedures of the game.
Evaluate assigned dealers on a daily basis.
Initiates and/or recommends disciplinary action for dealer
infractions or policy violations occurring within the pit.
Ensures assigned games are properly and sufficiently equipped.
Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times.
Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
