of the People Services Director, the Clinical Recruiter is
responsible for the full life cycle recruiting, recruiting,
screening and recommending placement by using varied sourcing
methods (internal and external).Develop and maintain strong
relationships with internal and external clients to ensure
achievement of staffing needs to support the hospital's overall
strategic growth goals Develops working relationships and
operational knowledge of departments and positions Actively
participates in meeting with hiring managers, corporate Talent
Acquisition, facility senior leadership (CNO, COO's, etc.) in order
to develop and modify recruiting strategies as appropriate.
Anticipates future hiring needs and or departmental staffing
changes based on organizational needs.Manage human capital
lifecycle in compliance hospital standards to include but not
limited to: position acquisition, sourcing and advertising
position, Applicant Tracking System activity, resume screening,
interviewing, feedback management, hiring recommendations, offer
presentation and negotiation, and internal transfer process.Follows
up with hiring managers after interviews timely (within 12 hours)
to determine next steps. Follows up with candidate to answer any
questions they may have and coordinates with hiring
manager.Partners with marketing team and corporate talent
acquisition to develop, deploy, and monitor recruiting campaigns
using a variety of media as appropriate. Accesses recruiting
campaigns and provides metrics to determine areas of success and
possible improvement.Communicates with candidates in a variety of
methods, including in-person, phone, text, email, live chat,
internet based (Microsoft Teams), etc.Delivers routine and
by-request hiring and applicant flow reports to hiring managers and
other facility leaders.Contributes to development of facility
recruitment plans as SMEReadily performs other activities and
responsibilities as required.Reports to: Assistant People Services
DirectorMinimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent Required
or three years of directly related experience may be substitutedfor
education.Associate's degree Required in Business related field or
Bachelors Degree Preferred or LPNMinimum Work ExperiencePrevious
experience in Human Resources with applicant interviewing/selection
experience preferred.Experience with recruitment activities
desired. Experience using database and MS Word and Excel
required.Must be available for occasional overnight travel.Required
SkillsCritical thinking skills, tact, and business acumen. Projects
a positive customer service driven approach with all interactions.
Superior written and verbal communication skills. Possess the
ability to work with minimal supervision to accomplish goals.
Knowledge of heath care job requirements, licenses, and
