Field Reimbursement Managers PharmaceuticalAmplity Health is currently building a pipeline of experienced Field Reimbursement Managers for potential future and upcoming opportunities. These roles are regionally based, and often part of a nationally field-based team. Each FRM generally covers a regional territory of several states. As an Amplity Health Employee, working on behalf of our pharmaceutical clients, these would be full time positions that offer a base salary, bonus potential, auto allowance, full benefit package including 401K, medical, dental, vision, long-term, short-term disability, paid holidays, generous PTO and more. Field Reimbursement experience Is required Specialty Pharmacy experience is a plusIf you meet the below education and experience below,and have field reimbursement experience, currently or most recent please apply for consideration of potential and future opportunities.

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college required
  • Master's Degree a plus
  • Substantial experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical/biotech industry
  • Very recent or current reimbursement experience
  • Institutional experience a plus
  • Technical knowledge of health care reimbursement from a patient and provider perspective (denial process, prior authorizations, approaches to pursue coverage etc.)
  • Accomplished partnering closely with multiple team members compliantly sales, patient services
  • Superior communication skills
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency
  • Track record of success meeting and exceeding performance objectives
  • Ability to travel weekly
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Highly compliance focused
  • Specialty pharmacy reimbursement experience
  • High level of proficiency with Power point, Excel, Word and other digital meeting platforms
  • Successfully pass pre-employment background checks including but not limited to education, driving and drug screen
  • Valid driver's license with save driving record
