**Job Description Summary:**Under limited supervision, works on
more complex IT architecture projects with full competency. Applies
hardware engineering and software design theories and principles in
researching, designing, and developing product hardware and
software interfaces. Provides integrated systems planning and
recommends innovative technologies that will enhance the current
system. Recommends appropriate desktop, computer platform, and
communication links required to support IT goals and strategy. May
coordinate the activities of the project team and assist in
monitoring project schedules and costs.**Job Description:**The
R&D Architect brings extensive experience developing modern
software solutions using ideas that can bring cutting edge
technologies to solve various business problems. As an Incubation
Architect you need to understand how software works, how innovative
ideas can be put to use to bring disruption into the marketplace.
This means you understand the complexity of the technologies,
understand how to apply them to create ideas to solve business
problems. The Architect has a deep appreciation of translating
ideas into design with strong knowledge of modern product
development processes and best practicesThe Incubation Architect
will partner with other architects and technology decision-makers
to set direction for the incubation pipeline of ideas and will work
closely with Technical Leads, Application Architects, Software
Developers and Management in a highly collaborative
environment.**RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**+ Design
working prototypes, ideas and frameworks / libraries+ Design entire
technical architecture of UI framework along with pluggable
modules+ Ensure to work with Product/Application architects to
translate successful ideas into Products+ Ensure the needs as well
as look at disparate technologies existing in use through
engagement, plus drive towards convergence+ Engage with larger
architecture family to adapt components, designs and practices,
allowing for consistency, re-use and efficiency+ Act as a strong
advocate for incremental value design+ Document standards and
ensure they are effectively implemented by the development teams
and understood by technology partners+ Recommend processes,
services, software, and other tools to support business objectives
pertinent to user interfaces, core as well as infrastructure
technologies+ Manage a team of architects in driving through
incubation+ Contribute to architectures processes and
standardization+ Collaborate with product management team**Expected

research and develops highly advanced new applications resulting in

Acts as advisor to management and customers on advanced technical
research studies and applications.+ Serves as trusted advisor to
top management in long-range company planning concerning new or
projected areas of technological research and advancements.+
Planning & Organizing+ Identifies and plans activities that will
result in overall improvement to services+ Accurately scopes out
length and difficulty of tasks and projects and breaks down work
into the process steps+ Takes cognizance of a varied number of
inputs across several fields and makes contingency plans.+
Co-ordinates and works with the team to ensure compliance against
the checkpoints and plan.+ Impact+ Exerts influence in the
development of overall objectives and long-range goals of the
organization. Any erroneous decisions or recommendations would
normally result in critical delays and modifications to projects or
operations; cause substantial expenditure of additional time, human
resources, and funds; and jeopardize future business activity.+

proposition and identifies new ways to deliver customer value+
Understands in depth about the customer and is able to provide
information of specialized services and concerns+ Builds long-term
relationships with customers, and effectively manages conflict /

implementation of strategies that enhance customer
value**REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS****Education:**+ Bachelors /
Masters degree, preferably in Computer Science**Experience:**+
Minimum of 8 -10 years of experience in Software Development
understanding the complete SDLC cycle, focused on building great
product ideas and translating them into products that bring
disruption into the marketplace.+ Minimum of 5+ years working as a
product/R&D architect+ Significant experience with cloud
technologies (Azure / AWS / GCP) , front-end languages, libraries,
frameworks, and cloud native technologies,+ Strong knowledge of
tools / technologies for full-stack, web 3.0 technologies, AI / ML,
cloud security+ Advanced knowledge of programming languages,
technology frameworks etc.**Critical Knowledge, Skills, and
Abilities Requirements:**+ Proven track record of providing thought
leadership in the area of leading R & D architecture programs+ Must
have prior working experience in defining distributed product
architecture requirements for Highly Reliable and Scalable systems
on Cloud+ Work closely with customers, product management and
technology leaders to develop a compelling use case+ Good
communications skills and a team player+ Ability to work in a
fast-paced challenging environment+ Effective Time Management
skills+ Good Leadership skills with proactive risk assessment and
mitigation strategies+ Imagine creating technology that has the
potential to change the world.**Compensation:**Target salary range
