ContractJob Title:Meeting Action Officer - Project
ManagerLocation:RemoteSupport the Federal Electronic Health Records
Modernization (FEHRM) office. Serve as the point of responsibility
for orchestrating organizational inputs and developing content for
key senior-level meetings.Responsibility
- Perform technical editing/ writing on a wide-range of materials
to include briefings, long-form word documents, memorandums, and
other official correspondence.
- Develop action trackers and bring those actions to closure
working across the organization.
- Escalate risks and issues to leadership.
- Ensure logistical success of key meetings.
- Help to 'connect dots' with pertinent details from multiple
meetings and artifacts reviewed.
- Create meeting minutes, executive summaries, and briefs.
- Finalize all artifacts for senior consumption; review and
provide feedback as appropriate.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents to codify
processes.Basic Qualifications:Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems,
Business or related scientific/technical discipline and minimum 10
years' experience-OR-
- Minimum 18 years' experience in lieu of degreeRequired Skills
- Prior experience as an Action Officer
- Strong technical editing/ writing background, attention to
detail and ability to manage several work products
simultaneously
- Skilled in PowerPoint/Adobe/Excel/Word
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to create process improvements and communicate them to
the team via Visio/PowerPoint
- Prior experience in task and project management support
- Able to identify and mitigate risks
- Knowledge of the DOD (preferable)/VA correspondence
processes
- Experience with communications and/or program management
relating to Electronic Health RecordsAdditional Information
