CTGs premier client has a contract assignment for aMeeting Action Officer.Type:Long Term ContractJob Title:Meeting Action Officer - Project ManagerLocation:RemoteSupport the Federal Electronic Health Records Modernization (FEHRM) office. Serve as the point of responsibility for orchestrating organizational inputs and developing content for key senior-level meetings.Responsibility

  • Perform technical editing/ writing on a wide-range of materials to include briefings, long-form word documents, memorandums, and other official correspondence.
  • Develop action trackers and bring those actions to closure working across the organization.
  • Escalate risks and issues to leadership.
  • Ensure logistical success of key meetings.
  • Help to 'connect dots' with pertinent details from multiple meetings and artifacts reviewed.
  • Create meeting minutes, executive summaries, and briefs.
  • Finalize all artifacts for senior consumption; review and provide feedback as appropriate.
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents to codify processes.Basic Qualifications:Education/Experience
    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline and minimum 10 years' experience-OR-
      • Minimum 18 years' experience in lieu of degreeRequired Skills
        • Prior experience as an Action Officer
        • Strong technical editing/ writing background, attention to detail and ability to manage several work products simultaneously
        • Skilled in PowerPoint/Adobe/Excel/Word
        • Strong communication skills
        • Ability to create process improvements and communicate them to the team via Visio/PowerPoint
        • Prior experience in task and project management support
        • Able to identify and mitigate risks
        • Knowledge of the DOD (preferable)/VA correspondence processes
        • Experience with communications and/or program management relating to Electronic Health RecordsAdditional Information
