Work in a purpose-driven atmosphere in one of West Virginia's leading providers of transitional and skilled nursing care.Schedule Full-time Exempt Location Hiring location:Stonerise Charleston, Charleston, WV Organization Stonerise Transitional & Skilled Nursing Care Center Operations What You Will Do Responsible for oversight and management of center operations and for leading multidisciplinary team members to provide the highest degree of care to patients and their families.As the CEO/Administrator at Stonerise Charleston, your primary responsibilities include: Lead daily operations of the center while establishing a culture of love and service.Implement center objectives in an effort to produce the best possible health outcomes for patients.Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, visitors, vendors and team members, while addressing and alleviating concerns.Ensure mandatory reporting requirements are followed while overseeing inspection and survey activity.Lead all department managers and foster regular team member engagement. Promote professional growth of team members.Collaborate regularly with the Center Medical Director, Director of Nursing and Director of Rehab.Oversee admissions, transfers and discharges.Review, evaluate and address team member work performance and participate in hiring process.Prepare and manage annual center budget.
