Job Description Job Description Assembly Roles Hiring for three types of assembly work: Small Assembly: about 5 minutes per task before moving to the next step Mid Assembly: Up to 45 minutes per task Large Assembly: Can exceed one hour per task Preferred qualifications: Prior assembly experience (any type) Ability to lift 40–70 lbs Knowledge of 5S (a plus) Strong interest in early career candidates, especially those with hands-on hobbies such as: Building Legos Airplane models Robotics Shift Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Friday: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM Two 15-minute breaks and one 35-minute lunch (30 minutes unpaid) Total: 8-hour shifts Overtime (OT): Typically added to the front of the shift (5:30 AM start) Most common at quarter-end Saturday OT: 5:30 AM – 12:00 PM or 2:00 PM Sunday work is avoided but may occur on rare occasions Onboarding & Training New hires complete a 2-day orientation, followed by 1–3 weeks of training. During training, skills and overall fit are evaluated to determine appropriate placement.
