Job Description:

Join Ryder System as a Director of Customer Logistics, where you will oversee and optimize supply chain operations within the Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement department. With Ryder's focus on innovation and efficiency, you will be responsible for leading a dedicated team to ensure efficient delivery solutions for our diverse clients. You will develop strategic plans to enhance transportation services, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Ryder emphasizes a dynamic culture of teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement, supporting your professional development and aiming for high customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in logistics and supply chain management to bring innovative solutions while ensuring operational efficiency. Candidates should have a BA/BS degree with over 7 years of experience and relevant certifications such as CSCP or CLTD are preferred.
