This is a permanent role requiring a seasoned professional who specializes in Estate, Trusts, and Probate law. The successful candidate will be a dedicated attorney with a deep understanding of fiduciary litigation, will and trust drafting, and probate and trust administration. Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, deeds, and beneficiary designation forms with precision and a keen eye for detail. Manage all aspects of probate administration and trusts administration, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Conduct thorough legal research and address complex procedural issues with a strategic and analytical approach. Maintain clear and consistent client communication, providing updates and explaining complex legal matters in an understandable manner. Contribute to business development efforts, including networking and relationship-building within the legal community and beyond. Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and ethics in all interactions. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school. Active member of the West Virginia Bar. 5 years of experience as an Estate Attorney, Trusts Attorney, or Probate Attorney. Proven experience in fiduciary litigation and drafting of wills, trusts, and other related documents. Proficient in probate administration and trusts administration. Strong legal research skills and the ability to handle complex procedural issues. Exceptional client communication skills, with an emphasis on compassion and clarity. Demonstrated ability in business development and networking. Reside in or willing to relocate to Charleston, WV. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
