You’ll: Examine title and draft title opinions Perform curative work Draft and edit deeds, leases, assignments, and real estate-related agreements Contribute directly to a wide range of impactful legal projects ? What You Bring: ?? Active West Virgina Bar license ( Pittsburgh Bar admission is a plus! ) ?? 2–4 years of experience examining titles, drafting title opinions, and performing curative work ?? Previous work in energy and natural resources law preferred ?? Eagerness to take on more responsibility , including drafting and editing contracts, leases, and deeds ?? Strong research, writing, speaking, and analytical skills ??
