The compensation package for this position falls within the range of $80,000 to $115,000, which includes bonuses, health benefits, and 401(k) contributions. We cover all bar dues and CLE fees. The role includes a base salary with an attractive bonus.

Responsibilities:
--- Represent clients in hearings, mediations and trials
--- Direct and supervise the work of support staff
--- Draft pleadings and orders
--- Prepare equitable distribution charts
--- Conduct monthly file review meetings
--- Monitor retainer balances and communicate replenishment needs to the billing specialist
--- Communicate with the client to understand their goal and develop a corresponding strategy to meet those goals
--- Represent clients in appeal when necessary

Qualifications:
--- Candidate must have a license to practice law in either West Virginia or Ohio and be willing to obtain the other state licensure upon being offered employment
--- Prior family law experience is preferred but not required
--- Excellent oral communication skills
--- Ability to stay calm under pressure
--- Empathy for clients with a genuine desire to improve their lives
--- Juris Doctor Degree
--- Great Negotiation Skills
--- Willingness to travel to other areas of the state for hearings and meetings
