experienced Service Technician! Installation and Service Technician
Estimated Pay: $50k per year Job Type: Full-time SummaryProject
implementation and training of low voltage networks, fire alarm
systems, and security system installations, including access
control systems, intrusion alarms in residential and commercial
settings, and CCTV systems in residential and commercial
environments. Responsibilities and Duties Read blueprints,
programming documentation, and wiring diagrams Terminate and
understand wiring codes for copper cable, including Cat6 and Cat6a
cabling Troubleshoot low voltage wiring issues and correct them
while in the field Perform basic programming on telecommunication
equipment and alarm system equipment, including intrusion alarms,
CCTV equipment, access control equipment, and life safety systems
Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in
telecommunications and/or security field experience Working
knowledge of networking, security alarm systems, access control
systems, cameras, fire alarms, and networks Computer experience
preferred Ability to lift 50100 lbs Ability to work in office
settings, tight spaces, and elevated work levels such as lifts or
platforms Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting
work ExperienceLow voltage: 1 year (prefer Security field: 1 year
(preferred) License/Certification Low Voltage License (preferred)
