Technician, you will provide in-home customer support and
installations for various technology products including TV setups,
computer repairs, and smart home devices. Ideal candidates will
have a passion for technology, strong problem-solving abilities,
and excellent customer service skills. Engage with clients to
ensure swift and effective technological assistance in their
everyday lives while setting your schedule and enjoying competitive
daily earnings. Visit customers’ homes to install, troubleshoot,
and repair technical products like TVs, computers, and smart home
devices. Provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service to
assist clients with their technology needs. Ensure effective setup
and connectivity of customer devices within their home networks.
Educate customers on how to use installed products and provided
services for maximum benefit. Maintain accurate documentation and
service records of all customer interactions and installations.
Proven technical proficiency in handling modern tech gadgets Strong
problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve
technical issues Excellent verbal communication skills Ability to
manage time effectively and handle a flexible work schedule
Comfortable working in various home environments CompTIA A
certification is highly desirable. Any certifications related to
networking (CCNA, etc.), software, or hardware repair will be
considered an advantage.
