Job Description:

Johnson Controls invites applications for the position of Matrix Coordinator. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and information across our global supply chain networks. As a leader in smart building technologies, we rely on the Matrix Coordinator to implement and manage supply chain schedules and frameworks that enhance our building solutions' effectiveness, sustainability, and security. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and be committed to impacting building efficiency through innovative logistic strategies. Coordinate and manage the supply and demand planning processes across multiple production sites and distribution centers. Develop, implement, and monitor controlled document libraries to ensure that all supply chain activities are traceable and compliant with internal and external regulations. Work closely with procurement and material management teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs. Implement strategic supply chain frameworks that align with corporate sustainability goals. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that logistics frameworks leverage the latest in smart technology for enhanced efficiency and reporting. Analyze supply chain operations using statistical methods to identify areas for process improvement. Train and mentor supply chain staff and teams on new processes and technologies introduced into the logistics infrastructure. Strong proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of sustainable and efficient logistic methodologies. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by APICS preferred. Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification is an advantage.
