Job Description: Kanawha Scales & Systems is looking for a System Service Technician! Duties and Responsibilities: - Support Specialty Products Data Collection Systems (DCS) for the Weigh Master and BatchMaster systems. - Install, maintain and support all scale side hardware and software for DCS. - Setup, configure and make initial backup of all DCS. - Maintain company equipment and vehicles in a professional manner. - Stay current on Microsoft Windows Operating System, SQL Server and related software. - Maintain a working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and associated hardware and system components. - Participate in on call and call out rotations. - Be prepared to work irregular hours and travel for systems support and installs. All other duties as assigned by management.
