Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Technical & CMC Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead diverse protein projects across the network with minimal
oversight and maintain clear communication with collaborators
Manage matrix teams to implement customer projects with outstanding
CMC outcomes
Provide subject matter expertise in upstream, downstream, or
analytics and present technical findings to external customers
Key Requirements:
A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field of Science;
an MSc in Biopharmaceuticals is preferred
Over 20 years of industry experience, including 10+ years in
program management
Proven analytical expertise in numerous analytical techniques
Strong team orientation and ability to lead cross-functional
teams
Significant 'Gravitas' encompassing confidence, credibility, and
decisiveness
