Job Description Job Description Qualifications: Bachelor of
Science in Nursing (BSN) Current WV RN license (or eligible for
licensure). 5–7 years of perioperative nursing experience,
including OR leadership or management roles. Strong knowledge of
perioperative standards (AORN, ASPAN) and regulatory requirements
(CMS, Joint Commission). BLS and ACLS certifications required (or
