never-before-seen As a member of the Talent Human Resources team,
the Senior HR Business Partner (SHRBP) will champion the
WelbeHealth culture, values and mission by focusing on initiatives
and solutions that make leaders better by being the voice of
reason, a problem solver and aligns business objectives with team
members and management in designated business units. As a lead and
strategic business partner, the SHRBP formulates partnerships
across functions to deliver value-added service, optimal
functioning, and engagement of our team members as well as people
related risk management in support of being a high functioning
organization. Duties and Responsibilities: Coaching and developing
executives, leaders; all team members to ensure an equitable and
inclusive environment while working to achieve great results for
all. Engage in staff meetings as a change partner and business
partner, providing insights into interpersonal dynamics, talent
trends, culture, and solutions designed to get the best from
everyone inside those organizations. Provides guidance and input on
business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession
planning as well as recommends, evaluates, and participates in
staff development for the organization. Serves as a lead amongst
the HR group. Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the
HR group to improve/develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to
day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and
ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department
as needed/required. Building collaborative, credible, trusting
partnerships with cross-functional leaders subject matter experts
to design and execute shared operational and talent strategies.
Collaborating with HR service-providers (HR Centers of Expertise
and Operations) to deliver required expertise, resources, and
services to drive client / organizational imperatives. Provides
day-to-day performance management guidance to line management
(e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary
actions), providing expert consultation and leadership on
employee/labor relations and HR compliance matters. Works closely
with management and employees to improve work relationships, build
morale, and increase productivity and retention. Manages and
resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective,
thorough, and objective investigations. Address Team Member
relations issues, work complaints, or other Team Member concerns,
collaborating effectively with the Talent Director and company
leadership to achieve timely and appropriate results. Assists with
complex organizational projects. Facilitate Team Member
off-boarding processes, conducting exit interviews to determine
separation reasons, and making recommendations to leadership for
improvements and Team Member retention. Assists executive
management in the administration of the organization's wage and
salary program. Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions,
and transfers. Handles workers compensation claims and acts as lead
for questions. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Participate in any required Quality Improvement activities, staff
training and meetings. Maintain State Drivers License and maintain
in good standing. Complete all required documentation in a timely
and accurate manner. Protect privacy and maintain confidentiality
of all company procedures and information about team members,
participants, and families. Follow WelbeHealth policies and
procedures and participate in any required Quality Improvement
activities, staff training and meetings. Communicate regularly with
Supervisor and team regarding workload and priorities. Timely
completion of all mandated trainings and education. Timely
completion of all mandated occupational health screenings as
needed. Exercises flexibility in performing assignments as business
needs evolve. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications and
Requirements: Associates Degree in related field, or equivalent
work experience considered in lieu of education. Bachelors Degree
in Administration, Management, Human Resources preferred. SHRM or
PHR Certificate preferred. Valid State Drivers License with a clean
DMV record. Copy of recent Vehicle Insurance required. Minimum of
eight years of HR related experience; especially in resolving
complex employee relations issues. Broad knowledge of personnel
management and practices especially employee relations, recruiting,
compensation and organizational behavior required. Demonstrated
experience in all disciplines of Human Resources and knowledge of
relevant labor and employment law required. Healthcare
experience/industry background preferred. Exceptional interpersonal
skills and ability to work collaboratively. Ability to manage
multiple projects with high attention to detail. Computer literacy
skills including working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and
Outlook. Problem solving, analytical and negotiating skills
required Ability to travel to other WelbeHealth locations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work
independently with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to
prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Experience and competency
working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
