Aramark is seeking a detail-oriented Lodging Manager who is passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and living Aramark's mission of service excellence and innovation. As a Lodging Manager at our renowned hospitality locations, you will oversee all lodging operations, ensuring that our facilities meet top standards and that all guests enjoy high-quality services. This role involves managing staff, budgeting, and working closely with others to implement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Manage day-to-day lodging operations and ensure guest satisfaction. Recruit, train, and supervise staff, promoting a culture of excellence. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Inspect facilities regularly to adhere to health and safety standards. Handle customer service issues and resolve complex problems. Collaborate with other department heads to implement marketing and customer retention strategies. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in managing budgets and financial planning Adept in conflict resolution and problem-solving Capability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA) is preferred but not required.
