The Opportunity Summary: Supervises Stands, Bartenders (Front &
Service), and cocktail Servers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other
duties may be assigned.
- Ensures prompt, efficient and courteous service to guests.
- Ensures that all inventory activity is kept in compliance with
current Alcoholic Beverage Control/Board of Health regulations.
- Ensures that all aspects of the outlet contribute to 100% guest
- Ensures that food/beverage is prepared and served according to
the desired portions and quality specifications.
- Assumes "manager on duty" responsibility.
- Directs the daily work activities of assigned personnel within
- Responsible for proper scheduling and assignment of stations
within the outlet.
- Responsible for daily check control system, payroll, and

Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must

Must have previous experience supervising a FOH or BOH food and
beverage operation (quick service or bar).
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Serve Safe certification preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities
Must have excellent math skills.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Must have strong leadership, communication, supervisory and
conflict resolution skills.
Must have basic computer skills.
Must be able to work at a bar or in a kitchen and on a fry line
during most of shift.
Must be able to work a very flexible schedule, including days and
evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to maintain speed and accuracy in order to ensure
