Trauma Level/Designation: None
Total Number of Beds: 11
EMR: All Scripts/Paragon
Consultants Radiologist, Cardiologist, Pulmonologist, Gastroenterologist, Urologist, Hematologist /Oncologist

Mandated Requirements:

Provider must be available for nights and weekends
OH state License - REQUIRED, will accept IMLC (with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM - will not accept any other type of certification - REQUIRED, no exceptions
MUST have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
MUST have 2+ recent experience - REQUIRED
NRP - REQUIRED
