We are looking for a dedicated Locum Physician specializing in Radiology to provide exceptional onsite diagnostic services in Charleston, West Virginia. This critical role involves performing a variety of imaging services, including infant BE exams, and supporting hospital patient care. Your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes while offering you a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. Required Skills Valid medical license to practice radiology in West Virginia Proven proficiency in diagnostic imaging modalities: XR, CT, MR, US, NM Ability to perform infant Barium Enema (BE) exams Experience with fluoroscopy and intraoperative procedures Competent in performing biopsies (thyroid, lung, liver, renal, CT-guided, US-guided) Skilled in drainages (paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drainage, chest tubes, cyst drainage) Ability to perform lumbar punctures and arthrograms (joint injections for knee, elbow, hip, ankle, shoulder) Strong attention to detail, clinical judgment, and communication skills Nice to Have Skills Sub-specialty experience in neuro, musculoskeletal, or interventional radiology Experience with hospital-based radiology workflows Familiarity with electronic medical records and imaging systems Preferred Education and Experience MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board-certified or eligible in Radiology At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in a hospital setting Other Requirements Able to perform on-site duties at hospital facilities in Charleston, WV Flexible to work 8-hour shifts with potential for overtime and holiday coverage Compliance with all hospital and licensing requirements, including malpractice coverage (included in hourly rate) Work with us and experience a competitive hourly pay rate of $19.50, along with comprehensive benefits, weekly pay via direct deposit, and a supportive team dedicated to your success.
