Job Description Holzer Health System in Gallipolis, Ohio is recruiting an additional BE/BC ENT physician to join our team of over 150 providers across more than 30 medical specialties. Practice Details Join a collaborative team of three ENTs, two Nurse Practitioners, and three Audiologists in our system Access to advanced diagnostics including VLS testing Diverse case mix with bread and butter ENT procedures : tonsils, tubes, thyroids, parathyroids, and sinus surgery Manageable shared call rotation - up to 10 days/month, including one weekend Strong clinical support with 1:1 nursing staff Scribe support available after six months to streamline documentation Recruitment Package Guaranteed two-year salary floor production incentive and bonus opportunity Sign on bonus Educational loan reimbursement - qualifies for PSLF program Monthly stipend until completion of program CME and moving expense reimbursement Time off - 30 days annually (increases with tenure), up to 5 days CME, and up to 8 holidays
