Genesis HealthCare, a leader in post-acute and rehabilitation services, is seeking a Weekend RN Supervisor to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of care and ensuring the well-being and safety of our patients. The Weekend RN Supervisor will oversee nursing staff and manage patient care on weekends, ensuring adherence to facility policies and compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate leader with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient-focused outcomes. Supervise and manage nursing staff during weekend shifts. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies. Assist in developing and implementing nursing care plans. Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to standards of excellence. Provide direct care when necessary, especially in critical situations. Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. Administer medications and document therapeutic effects. Prepare reports and recommend changes in procedures and services. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies. Ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure environments. Proficient in using healthcare software and systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certified. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
