The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering patient progress through physical therapy and capable of working effectively in diverse settings. Evaluate patients’ conditions and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans. Help patients improve their mobility and manage their pain through exercises, stretching maneuvers, hands-on therapy, and equipment. Implement patient care programs under the supervision of health care professionals. Assess the outcomes and potential success of the plans and adapt as necessary. Document patient care and progress, ensuring compliance with medical and legal requirements. Educate patients and families about proper physical therapy techniques and long-term management strategies. Proficient in applying physical therapy techniques and assessments. Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions and treatments. Ability to effectively communicate and empathize with patients. Adept in utilizing physical therapy modalities and equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist license. Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedics or Neurology (preferred).
