Assess patient condition by reviewing their medical history and diagnoses provided by the referring physicians. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient-specific needs and goals. Monitor patient progress and modify treatments as necessary to meet their recovery goals. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and techniques to improve mobility. Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal care. Comply with federal, state, and local certification requirements to ensure highest standards of care. Strong interpersonal communication skills for working effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Knowledge of the latest physical therapy practices and technologies. Ability to handle physically challenging tasks and maintain a high level of mental acuity. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapist license. CPR and BLS certification preferred.
