This position combines expert clinical skills with a compassionate approach to ensure that all patients receive the best possible care. Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate physical intervention strategies to maximize mobility Implement personalized treatment plans that focus on patient goals Monitor and document patient progress in response to therapy Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care procedures Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal standards at all times Expertise in physical therapy techniques and equipment Strong analytical and diagnostic skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle emotionally charged situations Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Physical Therapist license BLS Certification preferred
