Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Weston, WV Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,572 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position ```htmlJob Opportunity – Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN – West Virginia Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Weston, West Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 Night shifts, 6:45pm – 7:15am, weekdays with every other weekend Highlights: 70-bed rural facility with a 28-bed Med-Surg/Tele unit and average daily census of 16–20 patients Patient ratio of 1:5 with LPN support on night shift and 24/7 House Supervisor backup Diverse patient population including adults, geriatrics, and occasional pediatric/adolescent patients Cerner EMR system with comprehensive interdisciplinary team support 13-week contract with possible extension and float to ER, ICU, or OP-Surgery as needed 24 hours of paid orientation to ensure smooth onboarding Requirements: Active West Virginia or Compact RN license (pending license acceptable) Minimum 2 years of RN experience in acute care/telemetry required Current BLS and ACLS certifications via American Heart Association required PALS certification preferred Proficiency in telemetry monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, IV therapy, blood product administration, and airway management Experience with chest tubes, wound care, PCA pumps, BiPAP/CPAP, and high flow nasal cannula Minimum 2 manager or charge nurse references within the past 2 years Permanent address must be greater than 100 miles from facility (case-by-case consideration for 75–100 miles) Flu vaccination required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccination not required Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit rural healthcare setting where you'll work with a supportive team caring for a diverse patient population.
