Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Weston, WV Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $2,164 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Labor and Delivery RN – West Virginia Start Date: March 9, 2026 Location: Rural West Virginia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12-hour nights (19:00–07:00), up to 48 hours mandatory on-call per schedule, every other weekend, holidays required Highlights: Baby-Friendly Designated facility with a highly collaborative and engaging team environment Small LDRP unit offering Level 1 perinatal and nursery services in a rural community setting Broad scope of practice including triage, labor and delivery, postpartum/newborn care, antenatal testing, and gynecological postoperative care Average 13 deliveries per month with approximately 110 antenatal testing visits monthly Work with a dedicated team including board-certified OB/GYN, pediatricians, and family practice physicians First-time travelers welcome with minimum 2 years RN experience Requirements: Active RN License: West Virginia or Compact state (pending license acceptable) Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP (American Heart Association) Preferred Certifications: STABLE, AWHONN Intermediate Experience with labor and delivery, triage of obstetrical patients, LDRP, mother/baby, and couplet care Proficiency in high-risk obstetrical care including pre-eclampsia/eclampsia, HELLP syndrome, magnesium sulfate therapy, Pitocin administration, and neonatal resuscitation Ability to assist with vaginal delivery, circulate for C-section, and recover C-section patients Competency with infusion pumps, IV therapy, and fetal monitoring systems Must reside more than 75 miles from facility location Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only) Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a rural community where you'll provide comprehensive care to low and high-risk obstetrical patients across the full continuum of perinatal services.
