working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in
Charleston, West Virginia, 25304! Job Title: Registered Nurse

Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Required, 1 Year Minimum in Specialty License: Active RN License
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, CPI Must-Have: IV Start
and Telemetry Experience, Non-Trauma ED Experience, Cardiac
Monitoring Skills Description: Emergency Department Registered
Nurse for 3x12 hour nights. Shifts are from 7 PM to 7 AM, including
weekdays and every other weekend. First-time travelers are accepted
if they have appropriate experience. Weekend work is required every
other weekend. Certifications required must be obtained prior to
start. No call requirements are in place. The clinician may float
within scope to meet facility needs if needed. Flexible schedules
may be offered. The facility will consider candidates within a
specific radius on a case-by-case basis. Pending license accepted,
but an active RN license must be obtained before submission. The
facility follows specific requirements regarding flu vaccine
compliance. COVID-19 vaccination is not required. Candidates must
provide proof of previous experience along with references.
Documentation must be submitted by the deadline prior to the start
date. Clinical expertise in IV therapy, phlebotomy, and medication
administration is required. Respiratory skills such as interpreting
ABGs and managing ventilated patients are essential. The use of
specific charting systems is required for this role. Candidates
must have experience managing patient ratios effectively.
