Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: ICU - Intensive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/02/2026 - Duration: 12 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Unit CCMC (ICU) of beds 18-Beds - All Private Rooms (All have (-) pressure capability for COVID patients) Ratios Typically 1:2. CRRT/Organ Donation 1:1. May have to stretch to 1:3 w/ overflow/stepdown. Average daily census = 13. Required Certifications BLS, ACLS, NIHSS are all required. Common diagnoses/Types of patients Sepsis, PNA, COVID, CHF, COPD, DKA, OD, Renal Failure, Neurosurgeries - lumbar drains, Ventriculostomies, General Surgery, occasional MI, & Vascular patients. Must be competent w/ CRRT, IABP, Vents, post-code/therapeutic hypothermia & skilled with all vasoactive medications, sedation, & paralytics.
