Required Skills: Valid WV RN and CRNA certification Minimum of 2 years experience in anesthesia practice Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications Proficiency in administering anesthesia across various surgical procedures and patient populations Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Nice to Have Skills: Experience working in hospital and ambulatory surgery settings Familiarity with Cerner EMR system Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends Multispecialty anesthesia experience (neuro, cardiac, pediatric, thoracic, etc.) Preferred Education and Experience: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active board certification At least 2 years of post-certification anesthesia practice Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases independently Other Requirements: Must hold an active WV license Willingness to work varied shifts, including 5x8s, 4x10s, or 3x12s Ability to pass credentialing within 60-90 days Ability to provide coverage at three nearby hospitals No call shifts required; weekend work is optional with flexibility This position offers an hourly rate of $205.14, with all-inclusive compensation that covers travel, overtime, and holiday pay when applicable.
