Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Charleston, West

Description: Registered Nurse needed for a medical
surgical/oncology unit. The role involves providing care for adult
patients battling cancer and other medical conditions. Nurses are
expected to educate families about oncological processes and
palliative care. The unit has a patient ratio of 4-5:1 during the
day and 5-6:1 at night. Candidates should be comfortable with
floating to meet facility needs. Blocked schedule requests may be
accommodated as needed. Candidates should have experience in
chemotherapy administration, central line draws, and blood
administration. Additional skills in PCA pumps and bone marrow
aspiration assist are preferred. The position requires
participation in every other weekend shifts. Nurses will provide
care to a 29-bed unit with an average daily census of 24 patients.
Continuous education and compliance with safety protocols are
expected. Candidates must submit documentation to demonstrate
