Psychiatrist Opening - Wheelersburg, Ohio Cincinnati 120mFull TimePermanent Position Hospital-employed opportunity for a Board Certified / Board Eligible Psychiatrist to join a well-supported and collegial behavioral health team.POSITION DETAILS:• Hospital-employed Psychiatry role • Schedule: - Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM - Friday: 8:00 AM-2:00 PM • Call: 1:6 • Patient Volume: 12-16 patients/day • Additional expectations: participation in clinical case reviews and psychiatric grand rounds COMPENSATION & CONTRACT (2-Year Agreement) Time Off & CME • 29 PTO days annually • Additional 5 PTO days when producing at the 75th percentile wRVUs • CME: 5 PTO days up to $5,000 Bonuses & Financial Incentives • Bonus incentives up to 10% of salary • Sign-on bonus: 15% of base salary (up to $100,000; forgiven over 2-4 years depending on amount) • Residency stipend: up to $25,000 (requires up to 2-yr service commitment) • Medical school loan repayment: up to $200,000 ($25,000 per year of service) Retirement & Savings Plans • 457(b): tax-deferred up to IRS limit ($23,500/yr) - no match • 403(b): tax-deferred - Up to $23,500 under age 50, $31,000 age 50 - Employer match: dollar for dollar up to 2% of base pay Insurance & Liability Coverage • Malpractice: claims-made policy $1M/$3M • Health insurance: physician pays small premium via payroll deduction Relocation & Other Benefits • Relocation allowance: $10,000 (paid to moving company) • Non-compete: 70-mile radius and 2-year term OR one-year salary liquidated damages QUALIFICATIONS • BC/BE in Psychiatry • Strong commitment to patient-centered behavioral health care
