Job Title: Operating Room RN First Assist Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: RNFA Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Hours (06:45 - 17:15) Experience: Minimum 2 Years RN Experience Required License: Active License Required Certifications: BLS Required Must-Have: Pediatric Experience, Women's Specialty Experience, Robotic Experience Preferred Description: The position involves working as an Operating Room RN First Assist. Responsibilities include providing surgical assistance in a pediatric operating room setting. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of RN experience. Experience in a pediatric setting is highly desirable. The role involves call duties on some weekdays and weekends. Self-scheduling will include weeknight and weekend shifts. Preferred candidates will have experience with robotic surgical procedures. BLS certification is required for this position. Candidates must possess a valid active license. Submission of references and verification of credentials is necessary. Communication skills and teamwork are essential for this role. The environment requires knowledge in aseptic technique and patient safety practices. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are important for the position.
