Doctor of Medicine | Radiology - General/Other Location: Charleston, WV Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $275 to $285 per hour Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position An onsite Diagnostic Radiologist is needed to support a high-volume hospital radiology department in Charleston, WV. This role includes a full mix of diagnostic imaging and light interventional procedures, with weekday daytime hours and consistent patient volume. Candidates must be able to perform infant BE exams. Job Responsibilities Interpret diagnostic studies including XR, CT, MR, US, and NM Perform infant barium enema (BE) exams Support fluoroscopy caseload Perform light IR procedures including: Biopsies: Thyroid, Lung, Liver, Renal (CT & US-guided) Drainages: Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Abscess Drainages, Chest Tube, Cysts Diagnostic Lumbar Punctures Arthrograms: Knee, Elbow, Hip, Ankle, Shoulder Work onsite in the hospital setting Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting clinical demand Working Hours Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Day shift (onsite) Skills Strong diagnostic interpretation ability Experience with light IR procedures High-efficiency workflow management Strong communication and collaboration skills Work Volume / Productivity Expectations Daily Study Volume: 90–100 exams per 8-hour shift Expected Productivity: 60–70 wRVUs per shift Requirements Board Certified Radiologist — Required Active West Virginia Medical License — Required DEA Registration — Required Clean malpractice history — Required Must be able to perform infant BE exams
