jobs) - Unit: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Unit - Contract Type:
Travel Nursing Assignment - Shift: Night Shift – 4x12 hour shifts
per week - Guaranteed Hours: 48 hours per week - Estimated Weekly
Pay: $1,570 - $1,680 per week - Contract Duration: 13 weeks
(6-month contract preferred) - Start Date: October 6, 2025 - End
Date: January 5, 2026 - Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend
(blocked scheduling available) - Open Positions: 4 Tele RN openings
Registered Nurse Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license (West Virginia RN license preferred) - Minimum 1.5 years of
recent experience in Telemetry or Medical-Surgical nursing -
Ability to work night shifts and every third weekend - Strong
clinical assessment and communication skills - Experience with
stepdown-level patient care is a plus Tele RN Responsibilities -
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the
Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit - Monitor and interpret cardiac
rhythms, EKGs, and vital signs - Collaborate with interdisciplinary
healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans -
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians -
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and
outcomes in the electronic medical record (EMR) - Educate and
support patients and families, providing emotional care and health
information - Adapt to caring for stepdown-level patients as needed
