Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Weston, West
Virginia, 26452! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

Certifications: BCLS, ACLS; PALS preferred Must-Have: - Experience
in acute care/telemetry nursing. - Ability to care for pediatric
and adolescent patients. - Familiarity with telemetry monitoring.
Description: This position requires an experienced Registered Nurse
in the MS/Tele specialty. The role involves working in a 70-bed
facility. Candidates must be knowledgeable in acute care and
telemetry nursing. The schedule consists of nights, with shifts
from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, including weekdays and some weekends. The
nurse will float to other units, including ICU, to cover patient
care needs as necessary. A House Supervisor is available for
support. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5. Travel experience is
not required, but experience with pediatrics and charge nursing is
preferred. Essential skills include telemetry monitoring and
management of dysrhythmias. Candidates should be familiar with
patient care protocols such as IV insulin, ABG interpretation, and
oxygen administration. The patient population includes adolescents,
adults, pediatric, and geriatric patients. The daily census ranges
from 16 to 20 patients. Support services available include physical
therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Certifications
must be current and obtained from the American Heart Association. 5
