patient. LPNs are utilized on night shift with the RN. The RN may
be floated to other units (including ICU) to cover patient care

Any previous probationary actions on license will be considered on

YEARS AFTER LAST DATE WORKED PERM. Current Vandalia Health System
employees: please note, if candidate is currently employed at any
