City: Welch State: WV Start Date: Pending Privileges End Date: TBD Description: 8 hour sessions onsite weekly for clinic - foresee needing multiple days per week in beginning to get caught up then may move to 1x week 1099 Pay Rate: $85/hr all inclusive rate Certification Requirements: Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
